38A:1-5 - Persons who may administer oaths
38A:1-5. Persons who may administer oathsFor the purposes of military justice and administration the following persons may administer oaths unless otherwise provided:
(a) Such persons as are authorized to do so by Federal laws and regulations.
(b) Such persons as are authorized by State laws and regulations to administer oaths for all purposes.
