32:27-12 - Officers
32:27-12. OfficersThe board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman, a secretary and a treasurer from among its membership and may elect such other officers as it desires from among its membership. The vice-chairman, and either the secretary or treasurer, shall not reside in the same State as the chairman. The chairman or vice-chairman shall be elected from among the State officials or appointees of each party State. The remaining officers shall be selected from among the members representing the counties and municipalities.
