32:23-63 - False testimony or false reports; punishment
32:23-63. False testimony or false reports; punishmentAny person who, having been sworn or affirmed as a witness in any such hearing, shall wilfully give false testimony or who shall wilfully make or file any false or fraudulent report or statement required by this compact to be made or filed under oath, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisonment for not more than one year or both.
