32:23-217 - Nonresident witnesses
32:23-217. Nonresident witnessesAny investigation, interview or other proceeding conducted by the commission pursuant to the provisions of this act shall be deemed to be a civil action pending in the Superior Court in New Jersey or the Supreme Court in New York so as to permit the commission to obtain disclosure, in accordance with the provisions governing disclosure in such civil actions, from any person who may be outside the States.
