32:23-204 - Intimidation
32:23-204. IntimidationAny person who, without justification or excuse in law, directly or indirectly, intimidates or inflicts any injury, damage, harm, loss or economic reprisal upon any person who holds a license or permit issued by the commission pursuant to this compact, or any other person, or attempts, conspires or threatens so to do, in order to interfere with, impede or influence such licensee or permittee in the performance or discharge of his duties or obligations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment of not more than 1 year or both.
