32:23-203 - Interference with licensing
32:23-203. Interference with licensingAny person who directly or indirectly inflicts or threatens to inflict any injury, damage, harm or loss or in any other manner practices intimidation upon or against any person in order to induce or compel such person or any other person to refrain from obtaining a license or permit pursuant to this compact shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year or both.
