32:23-202 - Violation or conspiracy to violate provisions of compact
32:23-202. Violation or conspiracy to violate provisions of compactAny person who interferes with or impedes the orderly licensing of or orderly granting of any permits to any other person pursuant to this compact, or who attempts, conspires, or threatens so to do, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year or both.
