32:23-19 - Stevedore must obtain license
32:23-19. Stevedore must obtain licenseOn or after the first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, no person shall act as a stevedore within the Port of New York district without having first obtained a license from the commission, and no person shall employ a stevedore to perform services as such within the Port of New York district unless the stevedore is so licensed.
