32:23-181 - Obtaining funds; fees and assessments upon employers
32:23-181. Obtaining funds; fees and assessments upon employersAfter taking into account such funds as may be available to it from reserves in excess of 10% of such budget under this compact, federal grants, or otherwise, the balance of the commission's budgeted expenses shall be obtained by fees payable under this article and by assessments upon employers of persons licensed under this compact as provided in this article.
