32:23-174 - Temporary suspension of license or permit
32:23-174. Temporary suspension of license or permitPending the determination of such hearing pursuant to section 3 the commission may temporarily suspend a license or permit if in the opinion of the commission the continuance of the license or permit for such period is inimical to the public peace or safety.
