32:23-160 - License requirement
32:23-160. License requirementOn and after the ninetieth day after the effective date of this compact, no person, except an air carrier, shall act as an air freight terminal operator or as an air freight truck carrier or as an airfreightman labor relations consultant within the state of New York or the state of New Jersey without having first obtained a license from the commission to act as an air freight terminal operator or as an air freight truck carrier or as an airfreightman labor relations consultant, as the case may be, and no person shall employ or engage another person to perform services as an air freight terminal operator or as an air freight truck carrier or as an airfreightman labor relations consultant who is not so licensed.
