Section 32:2
32:2-11 - Port Authority may take possession upon filing complaint and map
32:2-11. Port Authority may take possession upon filing complaint and mapImmediately after the filing of the complaint in the action for condemnation, with the map annexed, the Port Authority shall have the exclusive right to possession of the real property shown upon the map to the extent of the interests specified in the complaint, and may forthwith and without other process enter into and take possession of such real property to that extent; it being the intent of this article that no proceedings for compensation or otherwise involved in the taking of such real property or interests therein shall delay the taking thereof and their use by the Port Authority for the purpose or purposes for which the Port Authority may be authorized by law to acquire or condemn such real property or interests therein.
