32:11E-11 - Severability of act
32:11E-11. Severability of actIf any term or provision of this act shall be determined to be in conflict with paramount law, such term or provision shall be enforced and effectuated to the extent that it is not so determined, and shall, in any event, be deemed severable from the remaining terms or provisions hereof.
