2C:40-5 - Conduct constituting offense may be prosecuted under other provisions of Title 2C
2C:40-5. Conduct constituting offense may be prosecuted under other provisions of Title 2CConduct constituting an offense under this Act may, at the discretion of the prosecuting attorney, be prosecuted under any other applicable provision of Title 2C of the New Jersey Statutes.
