2A:44-62 - Lien not enforceable against vessel seized under process of United States courts

2A:44-62.  Lien not enforceable against vessel seized under process of United States courts     No proceeding had under this article to enforce a lien shall be had against  a vessel seized by virtue of process issuing from a United States court having  admiralty jurisdiction while the vessel is actually held under such seizure,  nor against a vessel sold by order of such court except for debts contracted  after the sale.  Nothing in this section shall be construed to impair the  validity of a lien created by this article, the payment of which shall be  ordered, adjudged or decreed by a court of the United States.
