2A:44-154 - Sale under judgment
2A:44-154. Sale under judgmentThe sale authorized by section 2A:44-152 of this title, may be conducted by the lienor or by an officer of the court according to the judgment entered in the action, and the court shall prescribe the terms and conditions, the time and place, and the notice to be given of the sale.
