18A:71B-78 - Discontinuance of program
18A:71B-78 Discontinuance of program.15. In the event that the State Treasurer determines the program to be financially infeasible, the State may discontinue the provision of the program. A qualified beneficiary who has been accepted by and is enrolled or is within five years of enrollment in an institution of higher education shall be entitled to exercise the benefits for which he has contracted. All other contract holders shall receive a refund of the amount paid into the fund.
