12:2-18 - Entry upon and survey of lands and waterways by director

12:2-18.  Entry upon and survey of lands and waterways by director     The director and any person authorized by him so to do may, without fee or hindrance, enter upon, examine and survey all waterways, riparian lands and proposed waterways in and about the state.
