CHAPTER 329 — PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS
Section 329:3 Eligibility for Board Membership.

All appointed members who are physicians or physician assistants shall be residents of the state, regularly licensed to practice their profession under this chapter, and shall have been actively engaged in the practice of their profession within the state for at least 5 years. The other members of the board shall have been residents of the state for at least 5 years.
