CHAPTER 329 — PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS
Section 329:17-b Injunction.

The board may petition the superior court for an injunction to restrain the practice of medicine, as defined in RSA 329:1, by any person other than a licensed physician or such other persons as are specifically excepted from RSA 329. In such proceedings the board shall be represented by the attorney general, and such petition may be filed in the superior court for the county in which the defendant named therein resides, or, if such defendant is a nonresident, then in the superior court for any county in which the named defendant does business. The petition for such injunction or the issuance thereof shall be in addition to, and shall not relieve any such person from, criminal prosecution. In connection with any such petition for an injunction, it shall not be necessary to prove an adequate remedy at law does not exist.
