CHAPTER 325 — EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS
Section 325:12 Treasurer, Duties.
The treasurer of the board shall receive and keep a record in detail of all sums collected and paid to the state treasurer and all sums expended by the board. He shall pay over monthly to the state treasurer all moneys received by the board under the provisions of this chapter.
