CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:9 Creditor's Duty.

The creditor, being notified of the appeal against him, shall file his declaration in the probate court within thirty days thereafter, shall serve a copy thereof upon the administrator, and shall enter his action in the superior court at the next return day and prosecute his claim in like manner as if he had himself appealed.
