CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:4 Entry.
The creditor shall enter his action in the superior court in accordance with the order of notice, and shall produce attested copies of the petition, declaration, and order of notice, and evidence of compliance with the order.
