CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:22 Demands Barred.
All demands against an estate which might have been presented to the commissioner and were not so presented, and all demands so presented and rejected, and not allowed upon an appeal, shall be forever barred.
