CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:21 Liability of Surety.

No surety of an administrator of an insolvent estate shall be liable for the sum decreed to be paid to a creditor, unless a suit therefor shall be commenced against him within one year from the making of the decree, if the creditor had notice thereof within six months after the decree.
