CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:20 Contingent Claim.

The remedy of a creditor against the heirs or devisees of an estate, upon a claim which could not be allowed by the commissioner because it depended upon a contingency which did not happen during the pendency of the commission, shall not be barred by neglect to present the same to the commissioner.
