CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:18 Agreement.
If the creditor and the party resisting his claim shall, before entry of the appeal in the superior court, agree before the judge to submit the disputed claim to referees a rule therefor shall be granted; and their report, being accepted by the judge, shall be final.
