CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:17 Certification of Judgment.
The judgment of the superior court shall be certified to the probate court, and the amount recovered by the creditor, including costs, shall be added to the list of claims, and the sum allowed by the commissioner, if any, shall be struck therefrom.
