CHAPTER 558 — APPEALS FROM COMMISSIONERS
Section 558:11 Filing, etc., of Declaration.
If the appeal is entered in good faith at the term of the superior court to which it was taken the court, in case of accident or mistake, may allow the creditor to file his declaration, or to amend it as in other civil actions.
