CHAPTER 557 — INSOLVENT ESTATES
Section 557:4 Disability.

If, during the pendency of a commission, the commissioner shall be unable to discharge the duties thereof the judge may, in any stage of the proceedings, substitute some other person to complete the duties, who shall be sworn as aforesaid; or for good cause shown the judge may set aside the commission and issue a new one, which shall be deemed and taken as the original commission.
