CHAPTER 557 — INSOLVENT ESTATES
Section 557:27 Distribution to Legatees, etc.
If anything remains after payment of the preferred claims, the debts due from the estate and for the support of the children, if any under seven years of age, such residue shall be distributed among the legatees or heirs according to law.
