CHAPTER 557 — INSOLVENT ESTATES
Section 557:23 Expenses of Last Sickness.

Claims for the last sickness of the deceased shall be designated as such in the commissioner's report, and shall be paid in full, if the balance in the hands of the administrator, after the payments before directed are made, is sufficient; otherwise the balance shall be distributed pro rata to such claimants in proportion to their respective claims.
