CHAPTER 557 — INSOLVENT ESTATES
Section 557:20 Allowance.

A claim of the administrator against the estate shall not be examined or allowed by the commissioner, but it shall be examined and, if just, be allowed by the judge, on the settlement of his administration account, and shall be added to the list of claims. Notice of the claim shall be given in the citation to the heirs and others of the settlement of the administrator's account.
