CHAPTER 557 — INSOLVENT ESTATES
Section 557:17 List of Claims, etc.
At the end of the time limited in the commission the commissioner shall make his report to the court, containing a list of all the claims presented for allowance and the amounts allowed thereon, together with the post office address of all persons whose claims are reported on.
