CHAPTER 548 — REGISTERS OF PROBATE
Section 548:3 Seal.
He shall keep the seal of the probate court in his personal custody, at the office in which the records of the court of which he is register are required to be kept, and not elsewhere, except when he takes it to the place where a stated term of the probate court is to be holden, for use at that term.
