CHAPTER 547 — JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION
Section 547:27 If Register Not Present.

If the judge shall transact any probate business when the register is not present he shall, at the next term of the probate court in his county, file with the register, or in his office, all papers pertaining to the business, and shall furnish to the register all information necessary to enable him to make a full and correct record thereof.
