CHAPTER 502-A — DISTRICT COURTS
Section 502-A:7 District Court Clerks.
Each district court shall have a clerk appointed by the justice thereof, with the approval of the administrative judge of the district and municipal courts, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the administrative judge of the district and municipal courts.
