2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 230-A:14 Termination of Corridor.
The highway planning corridor shall terminate:    I. Upon the filing of a return of highway layout and the acquisition of the property necessary for the highway for which the planning corridor was created; or
    II. Upon a declaration by the layout authority that the corridor, or any portion thereof, is discontinued. The discontinuance of a highway planning corridor shall not be subject to appeal, and shall not entitle any person to damages.
