An excluded fiduciary is not liable for any loss resulting from any action or inaction of a trust advisor or trust protector or for any loss that results from the failure of a trust advisor or trust protector to take any action proposed by the excluded fiduciary that requires authorization of a trust advisor or trust protector if the excluded fiduciary timely sought but failed to obtain that authorization.Source. 2006, 320:67, eff.
