2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 561:19 Receipts to be Taken.

Every administrator, upon the payment of a legacy or distributive share of an estate, shall take a receipt and discharge therefor, and shall file the same in the probate office, to be there recorded and preserved; the time of filing shall be certified upon it by the register.
