2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 552:1 Requirement.
No will shall be effectual to pass either real or personal estate unless duly proved and allowed in the court of probate; and the probate of a will devising real estate shall be conclusive as to its due execution, as in case of a will of personal estate.Source.
