2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 611-A:5 Affiliation.

The chief medical examiner shall have the authority to enter into agreements, subject to approval of the attorney general and governor and council, with state departments and with any public or private college or university, school of medicine or hospital for the use of certain laboratories, morgues and other technical facilities, and, pursuant to such agreements, shall have authority to make the chief medical examiner or assistants to the chief medical examiner available to such educational institutions for the teaching of legal medicine and other subjects closely related to their duties.
