2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 611:8 Postmortem Examination; Preserving Evidence.
The chief medical examiner, deputy chief medical examiner, chief forensic investigator, deputy medical examiner, or assistant deputy medical examiner performing the postmortem examination shall take and preserve, under proper seal, such portions of the body and its contents, together with such other articles which may require subsequent examination in the investigation of the case.Source. 1995, 278:1, eff.
