2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 606:9 Procedure; Challenges.

Trials by juries of 6 shall proceed in accordance with provisions of law applicable to trials of criminal cases in the superior court, except that the number of peremptory challenges shall be limited to 2 for each defendant. The state shall be entitled to as many challenges as equal the whole number to which all the defendants in the case are entitled.
