2006 New Hampshire Statutes - Section 597:6 Appearance at Superior Court.

If the offense is bailable by the municipal or district court, the accused shall be ordered to recognize, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 597:2, for the accused's appearance at the superior court, at the next term thereof for the county or judicial district thereof at which a grand jury is required to attend, and to stand committed until the order is complied with.
