NRS 624.245 Prohibition of certain violators from examination.

NRS 624.245 Prohibition of certain violators from examination. The Board may prohibit a person who has been convicted of violating NRS 624.700 or 624.740 from taking a written or oral examination for a contractor's license for a period of not more than 6 months from the date of conviction.
