Chapter 616A Industrial Insurance: Administration
NRS 616A.273 "Medical facility" defined.
NRS 616A.273 "Medical facility" defined. "Medical facility" means a hospital, clinic or other facility that provides treatment to an employee who:
1. Is injured by an accident; or
2. Contracts an occupational disease,
arising out of and in the course of his or her employment.
