Chapter 455A Skier and Snowboarder Safety
NRS 455A.190 County, city or unincorporated town may enact ordinance not in conflict with provisions of chapter.

NRS 455A.190 County, city or unincorporated town may enact ordinance not in conflict with provisions of chapter. This chapter does not prohibit a county, city or unincorporated town from enacting an ordinance, not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, regulating skiers, snowboarders or operators.
