Chapter 449 Medical and Other Related Facilities
NRS 449.2493 Authority of Health Division and Aging and Disability Services Division of Department of Health and Human Services.
NRS 449.2493 Authority of Health Division and Aging and Disability Services Division of Department of Health and Human Services. The Health Division and the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services may:
1. Investigate any complaints against a home for individual residential care and, when conducting such an investigation, may inspect the home during normal business hours, with or without notice.
2. Report to an appropriate state or local agency any violations of state or local laws or regulations discovered during an investigation conducted pursuant to this section.
