NRS 441A.250 Establishment and support of clinics and dispensaries.

NRS 441A.250 Establishment and support of clinics and dispensaries. The Health Division may establish and provide financial or other support to such clinics and dispensaries as it believes are reasonably necessary for the prevention, control, treatment or cure of sexually transmitted diseases.
